I signed up for school membership. How can my pupils join?

If you signed up for school membership, you can provide the unique code e-mailed to you at signup. Your pupils can enter this to create a free account. These memberships will expire after 365 days.

What kind of memberships are offered?

Rang.ie offers four membership tiers.

  • Young Learners (school pupils)
  • Adult Learners
  • Schools
  • Class Facilitators (for community class teachers)

How long does a subscription last?

Each subscription lasts for one calendar year.

Will my membership renew automatically?

No - membership must be renewed each year by logging into your account and re-subscribing. You are completely in control of your membership.

Which payments methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit card providers. Transactions are made through Stripe, a secure payment processor and you will never have to leave rang.ie when making payment.

Can I remove my account?

Yes - if you would like to remove your account, please contact us requesting account removal. Please note that if you still have active membership, this will be removed and a pro-rata refund is not possible.

Are memberships refundable?

Memberships are non-refundable except in extraordinary circumstances. If you have mistakenly placed an order, please contact us immediately.

What software do I need to view the lessons?

You don't need any additional software to view lessons. We do recommend using a modern web browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox for the best viewing experience.

Which devices can I use?

rang.ie and lessons are compatible with all modern mobile and desktop devices.

Certain small features may be limited on certain devices ('full screen mode' on iOS devices).

I can't see the lessons on my device.

If you are having trouble viewing a lesson, please clear your cache and cookies. If you still have issues, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can rang.ie lessons be printed?

rang.ie Lessons are online-only and cannot be printed for distribution. If you are a school teacher or community class facilitator, memberships are available specifically for school pupils and adult learners.

Can I get a paper copy of 'An Focal Gafa'?

'An Focal Gafa' is available as digital e-Books to subscribers.

If you would like a hard copy, these are available in the rang.ie shop.
